摘要
基于冰蓄冷空调系统结构和控制要求的分析,介绍了一个分布式下位控制系统的设计。简要描述了冰蓄冷空调系统的基本结构及控制要求,介绍了控制的体系结构以及软硬件设计方案和实现。硬件主要基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),引入人机界面友好的触摸屏作为现场监控及数据采集平台;软件分别选用CX-Programmer7.1编程软件及EV5000组态软件。调试结果表明设计的控制系统不仅运行稳定可靠,而且控制精度高;通过MPI协议,触摸屏能准确无误地与PLC通信,实时监视和控制冰蓄冷空调状态。
Based on analysis of the structure and control requirements of ice-storage air conditioning system, a distributed control system design was introduced. The hardware environment was mainly based on Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and a touching screen was also applied as the local platforms of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition); the software was CX-Programmer 7.1 and EV5000 configuration soft ware respectively. Tests results show that the PLC based control system is not only capable of running stably and reliably, but also has higher control accuracy. The touching screen can communicate precisely with PLC, and monitor and control the statuses of ice-storage air conditioning system promptly via MPI (Multi-Point Interface) protocol.
