摘要
提出产生剃齿齿形中凹的原因是剃齿过程中“系统综合误差动态效应”的结果,并利用这一动态效应原理,形成了一种剃齿刀随机修形新方法,以此方法来解决剃齿齿形中凹问题.这种方法是用与工件几何参数一致的超硬修磨轮在剃齿机上取代被剃齿轮,与剃齿刀啮合来修形剃齿刀.根据空间啮合原理,对随机修形剃齿刀建立了数学模型并进行了理论研究,探讨分析了消除剃齿齿形中凹的机理.经生产实践验证:该方法简便、可行、高效,易于推广应用.
The concave gear tooth flank is caused by the dynamic effect of system synthetic errors. A method is advanced to solve this problem. It involves a shaving cutter that is dressed along with a shaving machine tool by means of replacing a work piece by a diamond dressing gear having the same parameters as the work piece. On the basis of space gearing principle, a mathematical model for random dressing shaving cutter is developed that eliminates the concave gear tooth flank caused in gear shaving.
