摘要
目的对动力髋螺钉(Dynamic Hip Screw,DHS)和DHS+防旋钉治疗股骨转子间骨折进行生物力学研究,以探讨防旋钉的意义。方法选用配对尸体股骨上段5对,将标本制成A1型骨折,分别用DHS和DHS+防旋钉固定后,用生物力学试验机和扭转机给于纵向载荷和扭转载荷,记录位移和扭转度数。结果防旋钉能显著增加DHS的防旋性能(P<0.001),压缩刚度无显著增加。结论在股骨转子间骨折DHS内固定中加1枚防旋钉能明显增加旋转稳定性。
Objective To performe biomechanical study of the two techniques DHS and DHS with anti-rotation screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture,and to research the significance of anti-rotation screw. Methods Five paired embalmed cadaveric femoral specimens were collected and made into the models A1 of intertrochanteric fractures. Each was fixed by dynamic hip screw (DHS) and DHS with anti-rotation screw. After vertical load and rotation load test we got the antibending stiffness and the anti-rotation stiffness. Results Anti-rotation screw can significantly improve DHS with anti-rotation stiffness (P 0.001).but it can't improve DHS with antibending stiffness. Conclusion The antirotation features were significantly improved by DHS with anti-rotation screw in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture.
