在全面提高高等职业教育教学质量的过程中,课程建设与改革是教学改革的核心和难点。在《管理基础》课程教学内容和教学方法的改革上,我们做了一些探索,通过七步教学,把"教、学、做"融为一体,强化学生能力的培养,受到了学生的欢迎和好评。

In the process of fully improving the quality of higher vocational education, curriculum construction and reform is the core. In the reform of teaching contents and teaching methods of course of Management Funda- mental, we did some exploring. Through Seven -step Approach, we brought teaching, learning, doing integration and strengthened cultivation of the students＇ ability and that is welcomed and praised by the students.
