摘要
以柠檬酸和正辛醇为原料采用强酸性阳离子交换树脂作为催化剂,同时应用微波辐射技术合成了柠檬酸三辛酯。最佳条件为微波功率为600W/3.84g柠檬酸、醇酸摩尔比为5、反应时间为35min、反应的温度为180℃、催化剂用量为0.6g。在最佳反应条件下不采用带水剂酯化率可达95%。实验表明:此法反应时间短、酯化率高、催化剂活性高且可重复使用、操作简单、无污染、绿色环保。
Trioctyl citrate was synthesized under microwave irradiation using citric acid and butanol as raw materiats and catalyzed by strong acidic cationic exchang resin.The optimum reaction conditions are:microwave power 600 W to 3.84 g citric acid,molar ratio of butanol to citric acid 5,reaction time is 35 min,reaction temperature is 180 ℃,the catalyst is 0.6 g.The yield is over 95% in the optimum reaction condition with no water carring agents.The main advance of this technology are rapid reaction rate,high yield,higher catalytic activity,reusable,convenient manipulation and eco-friendly environment.
