摘要
应用常规分析和有限元分析对微机械手机构的传动比作了理论分析计算,并通过实验测量,对两种理论计算结果进行了比较.结果表明,有限元分析的计算值与实验测量值比较接近,反映了在理论分析中将微机械手的整体视作弹性体更接近于实际情况.将有限元分析应用于微机械的机构分析时。
This article applied normal analysis method and finite element analysis method to the theoretical analysis and calculation of the mechanism of micro robot hand. It also compared the two kinds of theoretical calculating results by experiment and measurement. It is shown that the calculation value of finite element analysis method and the result from measurement are similar. In theoretical analysis, it is more conformable to the real world when treats the whole micro robot hand as an elastomer. In the application of the finite element analysis method to the mechanism analysis of micro robot hand, it is very important to select proper network element and partition factor.
