摘要
知识转化在知识管理体系中居于主导性地位,而隐性知识转化是知识转化的主体形式。隐性知识转化对技术创新能力的激励功能是知识管理对核心能力的激励功能的最直接的表现形式。基于我国东西部企业的样本,经验性的研究揭示了隐性知识转化在技术创新能力成长路径上的微观激励机理,从而为东部地区企业进一步加强隐性知识转化、提高技术创新能力的水平,并为西部地区企业缩短与东部地区企业隐性知识转化与技术创新能力培育效应的差距提供现实性的理论借鉴。
Knowledge transfer has a dominant position in knowledge management system,and tacit knowledge transfer is the main form of knowledge transfer.The incentive function of tacit knowledge transfer for technological innovation capability is the most direct manifestations of the incentive function of knowledge management for core competence.An empirical research based on the samples of enterprises in eastern and western China reveals the micro incentive mechanism for tacit knowledge transfer in the process of technological innovation capability growth.This study may provide realistic theoretical reference for eastern enterprises to strengthen tacit knowledge transfer and improve technological innovation capability while for western enterprises to shorten the distance from eastern enterprises in technological innovation capability.
