Study of Environment Basic Data Resource Sharing Platform

描述了搭建环境基础数据资源共享平台的初步构思。通过两级平台、三种保障体系、四类数据资源、五大平台功能搭建共享平台框架,通过平台建设最终达到环境基础数据资源共享和对信息资源深层次利用的目的,为新材料的研发、武器装备环境适应性设计、选材防护以及环境适应性的评价提供科学依据和重要的数据支撑。

The primary thought of building of environment basic data resources sharing platform were introduced.The frame of the sharing platform is constructed with two class platforms,three kinds of guarantee systems,four types of data resources,and five platform functions.It can achieve environment basic data resources share and fully application of information resources.At the same time it can provide science basis and important data sustainment for new material development,materiel environmental worthiness design,materiel protection,and the environmental worthiness evaluation.
