摘要
目的探讨高龄患者腹腔镜胆囊切除术的术前、术后护理。方法回顾229例65岁以上腹腔镜胆囊切除术的资料。术前做好患者的思想沟通,进行必要的术前护理、术后护理及出院指导。结果经精心治疗与护理,取得满意效果。
Objective To investigate and discuss the preoperative and postoperative nursing care of elderly patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods 229 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy,over 65 years,in our department were retrospectively analyzed.Preoperative idea communication with the patients was well done,These patients received necessary preoperative care,postoperative care and discharge guidance.Results Careful treatment and nursing produced satisfactory results.Conclusion The use of such nursing model for elderly patients can facilitate an early recovery from operation.
