Microscopic Identification of Ferula dissecta(Ledeb.)Ledeb.

目的:对全裂叶阿魏生药学特征进行研究,为进一步研究和利用阿魏奠定基础。方法:对全裂叶阿魏原植物进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别和粉末鉴别。结果:描述、绘制了全裂叶阿魏性状特征、显微特征和粉末特征。结论:通过显微鉴别和粉末研究可知,分泌腔、非腺毛、花粉粒等为全裂叶阿魏主要鉴别点。

Objective： To find the microscopic feature of Ferula dissecta （Ledeb.） Ledeb. Methods： To observe and identify the original plant characteristics and micro- characteristics. Results： The original plant characteristics, micro- characteristics and physical . was described and drawn. Conclusion： Secretory cavity, nonglandular, pollen grain are the main differential point of Ferula dissecta.
