梗阻性结肠癌手术方法探讨(附42例报告)

Study on Surgical Treatment of Colon Cancer with Obstruction (Attached with a Report of 42 Cases)

在４２例结肠癌合并梗阻进行急诊手术的基础上，探讨手术治疗方法和经验．认为右半结肠癌作一期肿瘤切除肠吻合术是切实可行的，而左半结肠癌应根据病人诸多因素，尽量争取作一期切除术．手术成功的关键是预防吻合口瘘，必须切实做到术中排空肠管，保证吻合口血供良好，缝合严密无张力并采取多种措施预防感染。

By the analysis of 42 cases of colon cancer with obstruction done in emergent operations,it is suggested that right colon cancer for one stage resection was secured,whereas left colon cancer should be tried for the operation of one stage resection as possible as it can according to patients′ conditions.The key to successful operation is to prevent from anastomotic fistulas.Meanwhile,it is also important to be sure of entire decompression,good supply of blood,tight suture and no tension,and efficiency measures to prevent infection for making patients to be recovered smoothly.
