摘要
目的:对全国各地14个市售紫石英药材中铅、砷、镉、汞、铜等有害元素的含量进行测定,以评价紫石英药材质量。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对铅、镉进行测定,火焰原子吸收法对铜进行测定,原子荧光光度法对砷、汞进行测定。结果:14个紫石英药材中均不同程度地检出铅、砷、镉、汞、铜等有害元素,其中铅:0.0983-459.1912 mg.Kg-1,砷:0.5169-178.9354 mg.Kg-1,镉:0.2192-4.1326 mg.Kg-1,汞:0.0582-1.6141 mg.Kg-1,铜:2.8712-149.6343 mg.Kg-1。结论:应加强对紫石英药材中有害元素的检测及控制,以保证紫石英的用药安全。
Objective: Measured the harmful elements(lead,arsenic,cadmium,mercury,copper etc.)in 14 commercially available medicinal amethyst across the country,for evaluating the quality of amethyst medicine.Methods: determine lead and cadmium with graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry,copper were determined by flame atomic absorption method,arsenic and mercury were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results: Different levels of harmful elements(lead,arsenic,cadmium,mercury,copper etc.)were detected in 14 Amethyst medicine,including lead:0.0983-459.1912 mg·Kg-1,arsenic:0.5169-178.9354 mg·Kg-1,Cadmium:0.2192-4.1326 mg·Kg-1,Mercury:0.0582-1.6141 mg·Kg-1,copper:2.8712-149.6343 mg·Kg-1.Conclusion: The detection and control of hazardous elements in amethyst medicine should be strengthened,in order to ensure the safety of medication amethyst.
