HPLC-ELSD法测定产后逐瘀片中盐酸水苏碱的含量

Determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Chanhou Zhuyu Tablets by HPLC-ELSD

目的:建立测定产后逐瘀片中盐酸水苏碱含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,以Venusil HILIC(丙基酰胺键合硅胶)为色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%冰醋酸溶液(72∶28)为流动相,流速:1.0 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃,漂移管温度45℃,载气为N2,流速:3.5 mL.min-1。结果:盐酸水苏碱在0.02-0.40μg.mL-1(r=0.9999)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD%为1.22%。结论:本方法简便,准确,重复性好,可用于产后逐瘀片中盐酸水苏碱的测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Chanhou Zhuyu tablets. Method Venusil HILIC column was used, the mobile phase consisted of Methanol- 0.2%acetic acid（72：28）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1, the column temperature was 30 ℃, the temperature of drift tube was 45 ℃, nitrogen gas as carrier gas, the flow rate was 3.5 mL.min-1, with a universal detector Evaporation Light Scattering Detector （ELSD）. Calculate contents with external standard two-point method. Results The linear response range was 0.02-0.40 ug.mL-1（r=0.9999）.The average recovery of ursolicacid was 98.3%, RSD was 1.22%. Conclusions The assay demonstrated that the method was simple, accurate and repeatable, it can be applied in quantitative determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Chanhou Zhuyu Tablets.
