RP-HPLC法测定补肾活血胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of icariin in Bushenhuoxue Capsules by RP-HPLC

目的:建立测定补肾活血胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18,以乙腈-水(28∶72)为流动相,检测波长为270 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为25℃。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.12-1.2μg范围内呈良好的线性关系r,=0.9996,平均加样回收率为97.53%(RSD%=1.72%)。结论:该方法准确、操作简便,可用于补肾活血胶囊的质量控制。

Objective：To develop a method for determination of icariin in Bushenhuoxue capsules by RP-HPLC.Methods：The column used was C18.the mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O（28∶72）,the UV detector was set at the wavelength of 270 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml/min and the column temperature was 25℃.Results：The detectable content of icariin showed good linea relationship in the range of 0.12-1.2 μg（r=0.9996）.The average recovery of emodin was 97.53%（RSD=1.72%）.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable.it can be used in quality control of Bushenhuoxue capsules.
