石墨炉原子吸收法测定蜂胶乙醇提取物中铅

Determination of Lead in Ethanol Extract of Propolis by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 本文采用浓硝酸与高氯酸混合液消解蜂胶乙醇提取物试样得清亮试液,并通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定其中的铅含量。工作曲线线性回归方程为A=0.006 9C-0.000 4,检出限为0.082 ug/L,标准品的相对标准偏差为2.1%~2.5%,实测样品回收率106.2%~108.4%。结果表明此方法准确度高,重现性好,操作简便快速,可以满足蜂胶产品铅含量检测。 Sample of propolis ethanol extract was digested with conc.HNO3 and conc.HClO4 mixture and the lead contents of colorless solution was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Linear regression equation of the calibration curve was found as A=0.006 9C-0.000 4,the detection limit of the method was found to be 0.082 ug/L,the values of relative standard deviation(RSD) for standard substance was in the range from 2.1%~2.5% and the values of recovery for substantial samples was in the range from 106.2%~108.4%.The results showed that the method was rapid,exact,convenient and had a good reproduction quality for determination of lead in propolis products.
