江苏“两化融合”的现状与对策研究

A Study of the Current Situation And Countermeasures of "Industrialization & Informatization " of Jiangsu Province

江苏工业化发展和信息化建设取得了令人瞩目的成就,但在新的历史条件下,面对"两化融合"这一重大使命,在思想观念、制度环境、政策体系、创新支撑和人才储备等诸多方面都还面临着一些矛盾和困难。对此,需要加快建立现代产业体系,提升信息化对产业竞争力的助推作用;以工业领域信息化为核心,大力推进两化融合;加强信息技术与工业技术的融合,培育壮大新兴产业;完善信息化与工业化融合发展的政策体系与服务环境;造就信息化与工业化融合的新一代人才队伍。

Jiangsu has achieved amazing progress in industrialization and informatization.But under the new historical condition,on the way to the ＂integration＂ of industrialization and informatization─a significant mission,many contradictions and trouble have arised in the ideological concept,the system environment,the policy system,the innovation support and the reserve of capable people and many other aspects.As a result,we should speed up the establishment of modern industry system;boost the function of informatization to industrial competitiveness;strengthen the integration of industrialization and informatization on the basis of informatization in the industrial circle;strengthen the integration of information technology and industrial technology to cultivate and expand the emergent industries;refine the policy system and the service environment for the integration of industrialization and informatization;foster a contingent of young and highly qualified new generation.
