摘要
住宅专项维修资金是房屋的"养老金",事关百姓的安居乐业和社会的稳定。但现行《住宅专项维修资金管理办法》依然存在"缴钱容易,使用难"、"监管严格、效率低"等诸多的隐患和漏洞,迫切需要在配套管理制度、办法的修订和运行模式等方面有所突破,从而使该项资金对保障住宅安全使用、构建和谐社会发挥更大的作用。
The fund of housing special maintenance is ＂the pension＂ of house,which has vital impacts on people＇s welfare and social stability.But the current ＂Regulations on the Administration of the Housing Special Maintenance Fund＂ are of many hidden trouble and weaknesses,such as ＂money is easy to collect,but hard to use＂,＂strict supervision,but low efficiency＂.It is extremely urgent to break through in revising some supporting management systems and methods,and operating modes as well.Only in this way can this special fund be used to ensure the safety of houses,so as to construct a harmonious society
