浅谈高职师资队伍建设中的存在问题及对策

Problems in Constructing Teaching Staff and Countermeasures in Vocational Colleges

师资队伍建设是高职院校生存和发展的关键因素。目前,我国的高职师资队伍建设存在能力和特性彰显不足、培训计划不完整和考评体系不健全等问题,需要通过构建高职特色的教师录用及能力标准、完善高职师资培训计划和建立健全高职师资队伍的考评体系来加以解决。

The construction of teaching staff plays a vital role in the survival and development of vocational colleges.However,there exist some problems in the process of construction： without obvious characteristics of higher vocational education,but with incomplete training plan and imperfect examination system,and many other problems.The solutions are as follows： formulate the recruitment standards which are suitable for higher vocational education,refine the training program,establish and perfect assessment system.
