高职院校外籍专家聘用管理工作中的问题与对策

摘要 当前,高职院校外籍专家招聘工作中普遍存在地区供求不平衡、供需信息不对称、外籍专家流动性大等问题,而现有的各种聘外办法优势与劣势并存,尚没有一个便捷、顺畅、高效的渠道。建立专门的聘外信息网络平台,是解决高职院校聘外工作中"意中人"难寻问题的有效途径。 At present,there are some common problems in foreign expert employment,such as supply-demand imbalance in different regions,the information of supply-demand asymmetry;and the more mobility of the experts,etc.The existing different ways for employing foreign experts have many advantages and disadvantages as well,and there is a no way with convenient,smooth and efficient.In this paper,the information network platform for foreign expert employing has been suggested and established which provide a effective way for "Mr.or Ms.Right" finding and employing.
