摘要
针对医院眼科病床的安排问题,根据排队论原理制定了一系列的评价指标。通过对530例病人数据的分析,建立了改进的病床安排模型,并用概率统计方法和计算机仿真模拟,对改进前后的模型进行比较和评价,给出了估计病人等待入院时间的方法。对于医院提出的新的手术时间约束和病床分配约束,通过方案的计算比较和非线性整数规划,得到了最优化的结果。
For the problem of the organization of ophthalmic beds,a series of evaluation indices have been made out according to principles of queuing theory in the study.Through the analysis of 530 cases,an improved model of bed arrangements is established,and then evaluated and compared it with/to the original one by using the application of probabilistic statistical methods and computer simulation.Also we put forward a method of estimating time of patients waiting for admission.And based on given constraints from hospital's new surgical time and bed allocation,optimal results have been obtained through the calculation of the program and non-linear integer programming.
