摘要 采用NaOH碱处理技术对NaY分子筛进行脱硅改性。结果表明,通过选择性的脱除骨架硅碱处理可使NaY分子筛中产生二次介孔,同时不会使分子筛的骨架坍塌;比较适宜的碱溶液是浓度为2 g/L的NaOH溶液,较适宜的处理时间为11 h。间歇处理有利于分子筛的脱硅,超声清洗可有效地去除从骨架中脱除出来的硅,从而有利于下次碱处理过程的脱硅。 NaY zeolite was treated in NaOH alkali solution.The results showed that siliceous species were selectively dissolved from the framework of zeolite,and in this procedure some mesopores were formed in the zeolite structure with its micropore remaining.The suitable alkali treat condition was treatment in 2 g/L NaOH solution for 11 h.The effect of repeated and supersonic treatment were also studied.It was shown that the supersonic treatment could wipe off the extraframework silicon and repeated treatment was in favour of desilicon.
