摘要
在借鉴和整合国内外研究成果的基础上,对大学教师职业生涯管理进行实证研究可以为大学进行教师职业生涯管理提供理论依据。自我职业生涯管理各维度和组织职业生涯管理各维度都有相关关系,大学教师职业生涯管理和大学组织职业生涯管理的双赢有利于教师(个人)和学校(组织)的共同持续发展。
Based on the research achievement home and abroad,this paper carried out an empirical research on the career management of university teachers with aims to provide relevant theoretical foundations.Since the dimensions of individual career management and organizational career management are correlated,the win-win situatio of the university teachers′ career management and universities′ career management is beneficial to the sustainability of the development of teachers(individuals)and universities(organizations).
