高职院校基层教学组织重构的策略与路径探研——以外贸类专业群为例

Exploration on Strategies and Approaches of Re-engineering Teaching Organization in Higher Polytechnics——Take Foreign Trade Related Majors as an Example

我国高职院校基层教学组织存在不少弊端。高职院校基层教学组织应具备职业性、开放性和灵活性的特征。基层教学组织的重构,必须从有利于形成教学团队、营造教师文化、实现校企融合以及实施教学改革出发。

There is substantial weakness in teaching organizations at polytechnic colleges.In pursuit of development nature of higher vocatioanl colleges,it is proposed that concrete strategies and approaches of re-engineering teaching organization,should reflect the features of being professional,open-minded,and flexible.Fundamental teaching organizations must be re-engineered by launching cooperation between colleges and enterprises and initiating teaching reform,including teaming up teaching faculties and nurturing professional culture.
