在职业教育的实际工作过程中,教师要充分运用SWOT分析法,引导学生评估自身的长处与不足,寻找职业机会和职业威胁,制定职业目标和行动计划,构建个人职业因素分析矩阵表,学会职业定位分析方法,进行准确的职业定位,从而避免就业的盲目性,降低就业失败的可能性,取得职业生涯成功的第一步。

In the teaching process of vocational education,teachers should make the most of SWOT analytical method to guide students to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses,so as to help seek their own occupation opportunity and threat.Teachers also should guide students to develop the recent career goals and action plans.Students could learn how to build personal professional factor matrix,analyze their own career positioning,conduct accurate career positioning and define their occupation direction and target,in order to avoid seeking employment blindly and the possibility of failure,thus taking the first step to a successful career.
