论大学生“村官”计划的可持续发展

大学生"村官"计划是一项利国利民的重大举措,但存在政策、培养方法和大学生"村官"能力等方面的可持续困惑。要促进计划的可持续发展,应采取实施可持续计划、完善社会公共政策、多渠道多形式培养大学生"村官",以及构建可持续发展的知识和能力体系等相应措施。

The University Student Village Officer program is a major move which benefits the country and the people,but there is a series of sustainable confusions on policies,training approaches and the ability of the village officials etc.Relevant measures should be taken to promote the sustainable development of the program,such as a sustainable plan should be carried out,and the social and public policies should be improved.Furthermore,multi-channel and multi-form ways should be applied to cultivate the village officials.Finally sustainable knowledge and ability system should be constructed.
