摘要
为提高间歇式同步摄影机快门同步精度,在不改变同步摄影机原编码器的前提下,通过对增量式编码器进行动态细分,可以提高编码器位置分辨率,有利于缩短同步摄影机的同步时间和提高同步精度。本文通过对增量编码器接口电路进行控制设计,采用软件动态细分的方法对增量编码器量纲归一化处理,实现了动态控制,使得摄影过程中可任意改变摄影频率,且在不同摄影频率下同步时间明显缩短,同步精度得到大幅度提高。
To improve the shutter synchro precision of the synchro cemera,the intereface circuitry of the orignal coder is changed by dynamic subdivided of software,and it is debuged and tested after the control software change which the dimension of coder is converted into unit based on the orignal hardware system.The result of expriment indicates that the synchro time is much shorter and the synchro precision is large improved with the different cemera frequency,after the location information of coder subdivided.The resolving power of coder location is improved,and it is benefit to short the synchro time and improve the synchro precision of the synchro cemera under dynamic subdivided by the increasing coder software,which is based on the original machine-configuration is not changed.
