卡波姆在凝胶制剂中使用的问题探讨

目的对卡波姆在凝胶制剂中应用的一些实际问题进行讨论,为该辅料在凝胶剂中的使用提供一定实验依据.方法 1.采用不同乙醇浓度,配制凝胶并观察现象,来考察不同配置方法的差异;2.模拟卡波姆凝胶不同的生产工艺,对其效果进行评价.结果 1.发现不同的配制工艺,卡波姆乙醇凝胶的乙醇加入量上限有明显差别;2.通过模拟卡波姆凝胶不同的配制生产工艺,发现均能配制出合格凝胶,但消泡方法是一个工艺难点.结论卡波姆是目前凝胶制剂的一种良好基质,但具体到处方筛选和工艺来说,需要进行详细的实验考查和验证.充分掌握卡波姆自身性质并了解与主药和其他辅料的相关作用,才能得到较好的凝胶剂处方.

OBJECTIVE Discussing and testing the problems in the usage of carbomer in gel preparation,to provide experimental evidence for the experiment.METHODS 1.Use a variety of gel preparation methods under different concentrations of ethanol,and observe the phenomenon,to examine differences through different methods;2.Assess the effectivenesss by simulating different preparation process of carbomer gel.RESULTS 1.There is a significant difference in maximum limit of ethanol addition in different preparation process of carbomer ethanol gel;2.Each preparation can get qualified gel by simulating different production process of carbomer gel,but the anti-foaming method is the technical difficulty.CONCLUSION Carbomer is a good substrate in gel preparation.But for prescription selection and technology,it needs detailed experimental test and validation.We can get a better gel prescription only if fully grasp of its character and interaction of active ingredients with other excipients.
