摘要
目的研究香附颗粒饮片中α-香附酮的含量测定方法 ,制定和完善其质量标准.方法样品以乙醚索氏提取,高效液相色谱法采用Hypersils C18(250×4.60mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20);检测波长:240nm;流速:0.8mL·min^-1;进样量:20μL;结果α-香附酮在0.0204-0.204mg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:Y=41024X-27.605,r=0.9999,加样回收率平均为98.77%(n=6),RSD为0.89%.结论本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于香附中α-香附酮的含量测定,以有效控制其质量.
OBJECTIVE To study the determination method of α-cyperon in Cyperus Rotundus Granules,to develop and improve its quality standards.METHODS The sample was extracted by Soxhlets apparatus.The HPLC was carried by Hypersils C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the mixture of methanol-water(80∶20)as mobile phase,with a flow rate of 0.8mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 240nm,the flow rate was 0.8mL·min^-1,the injection volume was 20μL.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear(r=0.9999) within the range of 0.0204~0.204mg·mL^-1 for α-cyperon.The regression equation was Y=41024X-27.605.The average recovery was 98.77%(n=6),RSD was 0.89%.CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and reproducible.It may be used for the determination of α-cyperon in Cyperus Rotundus Granules.
