HPLC法测定β-榄香烯自微乳浓缩液中的药物含量

Determination of the β-elemene content in the self-microemulsifying system concentrate by HPLC

目的建立β-榄香烯自微乳浓缩液中药物的含量测定方法 .方法采用高效液相色谱法测定β-榄香烯,Diamon-sil C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水（92∶8）,检测波长205nm,流速为1mL·min^-1,检测波长205nm,柱温为25℃.结果β-榄香烯在3.4-136μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）,平均回收率为100.3%（n=9）,RSD=1.1%.结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,能有效测定自微乳浓缩液中β-榄香烯的含量.

OBJECTIVE To establish an analytic method for determination of the β-elemene contents in self-microemulsifying system concentrate.METHODS HPLC method was used with Diamonsil C18 column and acetonitrile-water（92∶8） as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1,the detection wavelength was 205nm and the column temperature was 25℃.RESULTS This method had good linear in the range of 3.4-136μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999）,and the average recovery was 100.3% with RSD of 1.1%（n=9）.CONCLUSION This method was simple,accurate,reproducible and reliable for determination of the contents in β-elemene self-microemulsifying system concentrate.
