摘要 蒽环类药物是最常用的、疗效确切的抗癌药之一,其最显著和常见的副反应是心脏毒性,本文对该类药物心脏毒性临床表现、发生机制、危险因素及防治措施进行综述. Anthracyclines are one of the most commonly used and exactly curative effect anticancer drugs,but their most significantly and frequently adverse reaction is cardiotoxicology.This review summarized the clinicl features,mechanisms,risk factors and prevent measures of cardiotoxicology of anthracycline chemotherapeutics.
