摘要 本文介绍了红土镍矿湿法冶金处理工艺之一——高压酸浸(HPAL)工程中材料的选择,通过对工艺过程中的介质情况分析,包括流量、压力、温度、介质成分等及材料的特性,确定各工序中的主要设备、管道等材料的选择。 In this article,the method of materials design in HPAL which is one of the nickel laterial ore hydrometal-lurgical treatment process was introduced.Before applied to the equipments and piping in each process,characteristics of materials should be investigated carefully together with the medium status including flowrate,pressure,temperature, process,composition,et al,which ensures expected performance of the materials in working conditions.
