摘要
介绍了厢式压滤机液压系统的工作原理,针对实际运行中出现的油压不足、保压不灵、油缸爬行、振动等常见故障,提出了判断与排除的方法。
The working principle in hydraulic pressure system of chamber-type filter press was introduced in this paper.The methods of how to diagnose and eliminate were proposed aimed to common real faults of filter press,such as defective oil-pressure,ineffective pressure,oil cylinder creeping,oil cylinder vibration,and so on.
