摘要
以湖南某地的石煤氧化矿为原料,探索研究了从石煤氧化矿中直接提钒,成分、XRD、差重等分析显示,该矿风化程度较高。实验结果表明:采用硫酸+助浸剂R_1+氧化剂R_2体系浸出该矿,一定条件下浸出率可达94%,且钒与石煤原矿一样主要赋存于硅酸盐晶格中。
Directly extracting vanadium from stone coal oxidation ore was explored with the stone coal oxidation ore from a certain place in Hunan as raw materials.The analysis of composition,XRD and weight defference showed the stone coal oxidation ore is in high weathering state.The sulfuric acid+ auxiliary leaching agent R_+ oxidants R_2 system was used to leach the ore,the experimental results showed that leaching rate can reach 94% under certain conditions,the main vanadium occurrence in the silicate lattice like crude ore of stone coal.
