摘要
研究了锌蒸气气相氧化制备T-ZnOw的新方法。在Zn/O=0.95~1.05、反应温度1100~1 200℃和适合的反应动力学条件下,锌蒸气和空气中的氧形成T-ZnOw,产物中T-ZnOw占到总颗粒的90%以上,针状体长度达5~15μm,中心体0.5~1.5μm。
The new technology of T-ZnOw preparation by oxidization of zinc vapor is investigated in this paper. Zinc vapor can be oxidized with air and forms T-ZnOw under following conditions:ratio of Zn/O is 0.95~1.05,reaction temperature 1100~1200℃and suitable reaction kinetics.The results show that T-ZnOw particle in total is above 90%,the length of spicule is 5~15μm,and central body is 0.5~1.5μm.
