摘要
列车编组计划与技术站布局问题是铁路运输组织工作中重要而复杂的问题.针对两者的相关性,通过技术站改编能力约束,将列车编组计划问题与技术站布局问题组合并进行综合协调优化.以技术站车辆集结消耗和改编消耗整体最小为目标,构建综合优化0-1规划模型,利用禁忌搜索的两阶段算法求解,并给出算例说明模型与算法的有效性.算例结果表明,优化方案有利于路网上有调作业向作业能力大的技术站集中,为开行直达列车、提高直达列车开行比重创造条件.
Train formation plan and layout of technical service station are both of the important and complex problems in the railway transportation organization.Based on the constraints of train formation capacity,this paper synthetic optimized the train formation plan and layout of technical service station.The 0-1 integrated optimization model has been developed with the object function to minimize the time that the vehicle build-up and classification consumption.Then,a two stage algorithm based on the tabu search has been presented in this paper;a numerical experiment has also been presented to validate the model and algorithm.The computational example indicates that the optimization result can promote the centralized of the resort operation of the railway network,and enhance the proportion of direct trains.
