摘要
为了测试狭窄空间中砂浆体的内部应力应变,精心制作了一种体积较小的电阻应变测试元件,通过室内试验证明了该元件用于测试狭窄空间中砂浆体内部应变的可行性。室内试验对该测试元件进行了直接压缩并现场测试了标准砂浆试块在单轴压缩试验中内部应变情况,从而获取了该测试元件及砂浆试块的应力与应变、泊松比、弹性模量等关系曲线。将该测试元件应用于现场实践,在测试锚杆拉拔过程锚固段砂浆体内部应力分布的现场试验中,该测试元件的投入使用取得了良好的测试效果。
Elaborating a kind of resistance strain-gage instrumentation component for testing the internal stress and strains of the mortar,then,this component for testing the internal stress and strains of the mortar in narrow space is proved through the indoor test.The internal strain of the standard mortar-cube is measured in the uniaxial compression test,the stress-strain curves,Poisson's ratio and elastic modulus of the standard mortar-cube were obtained.Moreover,applying the component in field test on the internal stress of mortar in anchorage segment during anchor drawing,a good test result was obtained.
