流动注射光度法测定腌制品中亚硝酸根

摘要 基于Criess反应,建立了流动注射光度法测定腌制品中亚硝酸盐含量的方法,对实验条件进行了优化.方法的线性工作范围为0.05~0.6mg.L-1,检测限为0.02mg.L-1,对市售腌制品进行检测,结果表明亚硝酸盐含量都符合国家标准规定.
