原发性高血压病患者心理状况的临床研究

The Clinical Research of The Mental Health Status in Patients with Primaryhypertension

目的调查评估原发性高血压病患者的心理健康状况,探讨其影响因素及治疗对策。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、Zung氏自评抑郁量表、Zung氏自评焦虑量表对60例原发性高血压病患者的心理健康状况进行调查评估,并与对照组进行比较分析。结果 SCL-90的总均分、躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性和其他因子的平均得分都显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。而采用Zung氏自评抑郁量表和Zung氏自评焦虑量表的总分均值也显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论原发性高血压病患者心理健康状况显著下降,应通过各种干预措施来提高生活质量。

Objective To measure and evaluate the mental health status in patients with primaryhypertension,and analyze the main related factors and treatment.Methods 60 cases of primaryhypertension patients and control group were investigated by using the symptom self-assessment scale （SCL-90）,the Zung Depression Scale＇s self-assessment,Zung Anxiety Scale＇s self-evaluation.Results The average total score and average scores of the factors of somatization,obsessive-compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,phobic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychotism,and others in the primaryhypertension patients were signifieantly higher than in the healthy control group（P0.01）.The average total score of the Zung Depression Scale＇s self-assessment,Zung Anxiety Scale＇s self-evaluation were also signifieantly higher than in the healthy control group（P0.01）.Conclusion The mental health of primaryhypertension patients are remarkably decreased.And their quality of life should be improved through various interventions.
