目的 ABO血型鉴定反定型在重度贫血与疑难血型鉴定中的关系。方法用2种检测血型的方法对1例重度贫血患者血型的鉴定。结果微柱凝胶试验反定型结果明显显现病人的真实血型。结论重度贫血会影响血型的鉴定,进行ABO血型鉴定反定型,可以防止和减少正定型带来的疑惑和误差。尤其在重度贫血等疾病时,进行血型的反定型实验更加重要。
