摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒在门静脉海绵样变性应用中的价值。方法应用彩色多普勒对经间接门静脉血管造影证实的5例门静脉海绵样变性患者的声像图特点进行了观察。结果 5例门静脉海绵样变性彩超结果与间接门静脉血管造影符合。结论彩色多普勒在门静脉海绵样变性的无创检查中有着重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of cavernous transformation of portal vein. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound and indirect portal vein angiography were performed simultaneously on 5 patients with cavernous transformation of portal vein.Results 5 cavernous transformation of portal vein were consistent with those of indirect portal vein angiography.Conclusion Our finding demonstrates that the color Doppler ultrasound is valuable in diagnosis of cavernous transformation of portal vein.
