基层医院误诊为阑尾炎手术26例的回顾分析

Primary Hospital Misdiagnosed as Appendicitis Retrospective Analysis of 26 Cases

目的探讨分析急腹症误诊为阑尾炎的原因,降低误诊率,减少术后并发症的发生及正确医治。方法选择我院2001年2月至2008年2月共施行急性阑尾手术569例患者的临床资料,其中误诊26例,回顾分析原因。结果术前诊断为阑尾炎,手术证实为其他疾病26例,手术后均痊愈出院。结论临床诊断时应全面考虑,掌握阑尾炎可能造成误诊的常见病及特点,以减少基层医院的误诊。

Objective To explore the causes of acute abdomen misdiagnosed as appendicitis,reducing the misdiagnosis rate,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and proper medical treatment.Methods Our hospital from February 1998 to February 2008 operations were performed 569 cases of acute appendicitis in patients with clinical data of 26 cases of misdiagnosis,the reasons for retrospective analysis.Results The preoperative diagnosis of appendicitis,surgery confirmed 26 cases of other diseases.After surgery were cured.Conclusion The clinical diagnosis should be fully taken into account,control may result in misdiagnosis of appendicitis and characteristics common to reduce the misdiagnosis of primary hospital.
