摘要
目的通过检测PCOS患者血清Ghrelin水平,分析血清Ghrelin水平与人体测量学,内分泌激素,及胰岛素抵抗指标等指标的相关性,同时探讨PCOS患者测定血清Ghrelin水平的意义。方法选择97例PCOS患者,120名健康女性为对照组,测定血清Ghrelin水平、内分泌激素、血糖、血脂、胰岛素、身高、体重、腰臀围,采用统计学软件比较2组的差异。结果 PCOS组与对照组比较,PCOS组血清Ghreli水平低于正常对照组(P=0.039),有统计学差别,FSH、PRL、E2、FBG、CHO、TG、LDL等无统计学意义。但PCOS组WHR、LH和T水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),BMI、HOMA-IR也高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05)。PCOS肥胖组Ghrelin水平低于PCOS非肥胖组(P<0.05);对照肥胖组低于对照非肥胖组(P<0.05)。而PCOS组中IR组血清Ghrelin水平低于非IR组(P<0.05),对照组中IR组血清Ghrelin水平显著低于IR组(P<0.01)。结论 PCOSPCOS患者血清Ghrelin水平较低,且Chrelin水平与胰岛素抵抗程度呈负相关,与脂代谢水平和性激素无相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship of ghrelin and human surveying,hormone,IR and other clinical Paramaters by dectecting these surum level of ghrelin,at the sam etime analyze the significance of serum ghrelin level in PCOS.Methods 97 patients with PCO were recruited,at the same time 40 women were selected as healthy cotirols.The serum ghreli nlevel,elinieal,hormone and metabolism diameters were deteeted in all subjects.All data analyiced with statistical analysis software.Results PCOS group compared with controls,PCOS group Ghreli levels below normal serum group（P=0.039）,have statistical differences,FSH、PRL、E2、FBG、CHO and TG,LDL etc was statistically significant.But PCOS group WHR,LH and T level obviously higher than that of the control group（P0.01,P0.01,P0.01）,BMI,HOMA a IR and also higher than that in control group（P0.05P,0.05,P0.05）.PCOS obesity group Ghrelin levels below PCOS not obese group（P0.05）.Contrast obesity group than controls the obesity group（P0.05）. And PCOS group IR group serum Ghrelin levels below the IR group（P0.05）,and the control group in IR group Ghrelin level of serum significantly below IR group（P0.01）.Conclusion TheSenjm levels ghrelin were found to be Signifieantly deereased in wonlen with PCOS.Ghielin levels correalated in versely with BMI,WHR,HOMA-一IR,but no eorrelation was found between serum ghrelin leVel and hormone liPids.
