摘要
目的探讨颈椎骨折小关节脱位前路复位术选择及效果。方法颈椎骨折小关节脱位前路复位术者7例,根据患者症状和体征结合颈椎X线和MRI、CT检查,观察手术的临床效果。结果经前路颈椎骨折小关节脱位复位6例手术复位成功,1例经后方切开复位成功。结论可以经前路颈椎骨折小关节脱位复位手术并能够得到成功,减少手术复杂性。
Objective Inquire into a small joint of cervical vertebra bone fracture taking off a before road to reset cases choice and effect.Methods The cervical vertebra bone fracture small joint takes off a before the road reset a 7 case,advertise for to combine the cervical vertebra X-line and MRI and CT check and observe the clinical effect of surgical operation according to sufferer＇s symptom and the body.Results Through the front road cervical vertebra bone fracture the small joint take off to reset 6 surgical operations to reset success,a cut open to reset success through the rear.Conclusion Can through front road cervical vertebra bone fracture the small joint take off to reset surgical operation to combine to get success and reduce surgical operation complexity.
