自拟益气通络汤治疗稳定型心绞痛临床分析

The Clinical Analyse of Stable Angina Pectoris Treated by Yiqitongluo Decoction

目的观察益气通络汤治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法患者76例随机分为治疗组合对照组,治疗组在西医常规处理基础上,服用益气通络汤。对照组用非洛地平缓释片(波依定)治疗,2周后,观察症状改善及心电图的S-T段和T波改变。结果治疗组的症状改善优于对照组,其心电图改善亦优于对照组。结论益气通络汤治疗稳定型心绞痛,疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Stable Angina Pectoris by treating with Yiqitongluo Decoction.Methods All 76 patients was departed clinical group and comparison group randomly and each group include 38 cases,The clinical group is treated by Yiqitongluo Decoction basing on treated by modern medicine generally and the other treated by felodipine sustaind-release tablets.Observe the efficiency ratio and the S-T sect、T wave of electrocardiogram after two weeks.Results The efficiency ratio is higher than that of comparison group and the electrocardiogram improvement is excellent.Conclusion Yiqitongluo Decoction can significantly improve the treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris patients with clinical efficacy.
