闭合复位经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerIV-VI型骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位经皮锁定钢板固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法采用闭合复位经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折48例,其中SchatzkerIV型9例,SchatzkerV型26例,Schatz-kerVI型13例,5例患者加用内侧防滑钢板。结果本组48例均术后随访6~18个月,平均12个月,Sanders膝关节评分法评定。结果 40例优秀,4例良好,3例尚可,1例为差。优良率91.7%。结论应用闭合复位经皮锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台SchatzkerIV-VI型骨折,可以早期功能锻炼,有效地避免了复位丢失、感染、关节强直等并发症,可以取得很好的临床效果。
