摘要
动力总成厂改造前空调系统为三期电制冷机组(L850站房)与溴化锂机组(冷冻站)分区域组合系统。通过对空调系统的运行评估,对全厂空调系统进行优化改造,实现由高COP的电制冷机组优先满足整个动力总成空调负荷要求,大幅降低空调运行费用,且提高控制精度和灵活性。
Air-conditioning system of PT before reconstruction is combined air-conditioning system of electrical unit in the L180 station and LiBr chiller in refrigeration station.Through evaluating the operation of air-conditioning system,optimizes and reforms the whole air-conditioning system.Implements electrical unit first sufficing all the load need of PT.Decreases greatly air-conditioning operation cost,and improves controlling precision and agility.
