河北南网电磁解环静态电压稳定性分析

Static Voltage Stability Analysis on Decoupling Ring of Hebei Southern Power Grid

河北南网是华北电网的重要组成部分,随着电网电压等级逐渐提高,电磁环网的存在给电网安全稳定运行带来隐患。分析了河北省南部电网合环运行存在的问题,针对河北南网解环规划方案,研究该方案的静态电压稳定性。从静态电压稳定水平概念出发,通过公式推导得出解环后电网的电压稳定水平会比解环前有所下降,因此,解环后电网静态电压稳定薄弱区域是否大面积扩大可作为评判解环方案可行性的依据。基于2010年夏季运行方式采用模态分析法计算得到解环前后的电网薄弱母线和薄弱区域,得出该解环方案切实可行的结论。

Hebei Southern Power Grid is an important part of North China Power Grid.With the voltage level of the power grid upgrading,the existing of the electromagnetic ring may be not propitious for security and stability of power system.This paper analyzes the coupled electromagnetic ring operation issues of Hebei southern power grid,and researches the static voltage stability based on the ＂Decoupling Ring Plan of Hebei Southern Power Grid＂.Considering the concept of static voltage stability,the grid voltage stability level of the decoupled network will decline than that of the electromagnetic network deduced by formulas.Therefore,whether the grid static voltage stability weak area after decoupling ring expand widely can be used as a feasible criterion to estimate decoupling ring program.Calculate using modal analysis get the grid weak buses and weak areas before and after decoupled ring based on the operation conditions in summer 2010,draw the conclusion that the decoupling ring scheme is feasible.
