摘要
循环流化床电石渣炉内脱硫是一个复杂的过程。综合比较了已有的3种脱硫模型的优缺点并通过其反应机理分析,对这一反应过程进行合理的简化,建立了未反应收缩核——孔分布模型。模型的计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,对循环流化床电石渣脱硫的实践应用具有指导意义。
With carbide slag,the desulphurization reaction is a complicated process in CFB,Previous established three desulfurization models.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the models and analyzing the reaction mechanism of the reaction process,rationally made the process simplified and established a shrinking core-pore model.The calculated result was in good agreement with experiment ones.The model has significant guidance for desulphurization.
