5-羟色胺对脾虚证大鼠肠黏膜上皮细胞分泌功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨脾虚证大鼠肠黏膜上皮细胞分泌功能的改变以及5-羟色胺(HT)对脾虚证大鼠肠黏膜上皮细胞分泌功能的影响。方法将大鼠随机分成正常对照组、脾虚组、自然恢复组、加味四君子汤复健组进行造模。利用短路电流(ISC)技术,体外测量脾虚组大鼠结肠上皮短路电流的变化,并观察5-HT、去甲肾上腺素和加味四君子汤对结肠上皮短路电流的影响。结果脾虚大鼠基础短路电流较正常大鼠略高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。5-HT引起脾虚组大鼠结肠黏膜上皮产生的短路电流峰值较正常对照组大鼠低,跨膜电荷较脾虚大鼠变化小(P<0.001)。NE可引起大鼠结肠黏膜上皮短路电流下降,脾虚组大鼠短路电流较正常对照组大鼠下降的幅度小(P<0.001)。经加味四君子汤复健治疗后,大鼠结肠黏膜上皮对5-HT的反应,峰值电流和跨膜电荷较脾虚组大鼠均明显升高(P<0.001)。结论 5-HT引起的脾虚大鼠肠黏膜上皮的分泌活动较正常大鼠弱,经加味四君子汤复健治疗后大鼠肠黏膜上皮对5-HT的反应性得到很好的恢复。
