摘要
停车换乘运营管理试点是推进静态交通管理、促进公共交通优先发展的有效管理手段之一。围绕上海停车换乘试点工作,采用人工问询调查和停车换乘监控系统数据分析处理方式,对停车换乘试点进行了各项评估,包括用户评估、技术评估和管理措施评价,总结了试点经验,提出了推广应用的建议和措施,为交通管理部门提供决策依据。
Park ＆ ride is a effective measure for optimizing parking management and promoting public transport priority. The evaluation about P ＆ R demo project was proceeded in 3 aspects of car drivers users, technologic and management. The manual enquiry methodology and data processing in the P ＆ R monitoring centre were absorbed. The experiences are concluded and suggestion is put forward on technique and management.
